Worker Owners

Diana Marie Lee
Diana is co-creating ancestral and island-based sanctuaries for Black, Indigenous People of Color to recover and reclaim inspiration to work for liberation in our communities without sacrificing our health, quality time with family and friends, and personal time for pleasure and play. I co-created DML co-opbecause I believe in the magical power of ancestral and intergenerational healing by activating our long-deferred dreams.

Yunuen Rhi
I’m a consultant, teacher, artist, and researcher. My roots have led me to cultivate Western, Eastern, and Native medicine pathways as an antidote for unifying the fragmented personal and collective bodies. I offer traditional work settings creative bridges for self-healing, accountability, and empowerment. I joined DML to embody our original ancestral instructions and to usher in intentional transformation.

Ruth Jeannoel
At a young age, I often asked the question, why some people have more than others. Later I learned that it was because of Poverty. Co-owning DML, helps me move closer to my purpose to live freely, abundantly and authentically. Free from violence, free from pain, free from crisis, free from poverty. I deserve this. In fact, we all do.

Jenna Rollins
Jenna’s superpower is taking the hard lessons she has learned through living at the intersections of many identities and crafting beautiful art to tell her story. Some of these identities include Black, Woman, Mother(ing) that started as a teen, former foster care youth, and many more. She joined the DML co-opto gain mentorship, community, and intergenerational wisdom to progress as a blossoming entrepreneur.

Joquetta Batista
I joined DML because I believe in the power of community economics and the love of culture. The best way to create change is through collective action, which I’m learning is the process of building individual purpose, family, and community, igniting abundant mindsets to achieve the ultimate liberation spirit of igniting change in our society.
