Who are we? A collective of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) organizational development coaches, community stewards, healers, activists, and organizers connecting ancestral and indigenous wisdom, land, nature, health, and wealth to shift power and mobilize resources to benefit our communities.
Shifting from What? We have been working to disrupt the practice of Human Resources Consulting by combining Restorative Justice + HR + Intersectional Racial Equity + Wellness Support to help organizations revolutionize how they think about and practice Human Resources.
This approach is not working as well as it ought. We are radically reimagining our work!
What Now? We connect ancestral and indigenous wisdom to provide services including but not limited to: coaching, training, retreats, wellness products and resource mobilization with a focus on improving mental, emotional, spiritual, economic, and cultural wellbeing as people strive for social justice within BIPOC communities.
The success of our approach is for generations to come, to create an ecosystem that supports Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) workers and the coaches, stewards, healers and organizers who support them to have the wellness, technical and financial resources they need to be fully expressed and joyfully come alive. To offer the support through a network of land-based “Dream Incubators” owned and governed by BIPOC workers, safer spaces where they can co-create an existence where personal and community liberation and well-being is interconnected.
